My PC suddenly restarts for no apparent reason

I have a very annoying problem that I tried to find out the reason for without success. The PC suddenly restarts for no apparent reason. Sometimes the BSOD appears quickly before shutting down, and sometimes it doesn't appear and restarts immediately.
