My PC shuts off instead of going to sleep.

I've tried every single thing that there is to do to fix this. I even upgraded Windows 11 from 23H2 to 24H2 still nothing changed. My PCMSI X570S Ace Max motherboardRyzen 9 5900XMSI Gaming X RX 6700 XT64GB Corsair Vengeance RGB RAM
