My PC restarts when shut down windows 11

Hi As in subject, recently my PC started restarting instead of shutting down and I cannot figure out why. I have change what the shut down button do from option, untick from network adapters option to wake up computer, I have check the hard drive with chkdsk, dism & sfc and there is no corrupt files, watched hungered of videos on YouTube and follow most of the suggestions but yet still it did not fix problem. Recently I noticed as well that this happened after I try to shut down PC after playing games, so I have updated drivers and still no luck.I’m going to be honest it is very frustratin
