My PC reboots automatically with a blue screen and a QR Code

Hello,After seeing my PC reboots automatically with a blue screen and a QR Code few weeks ago, I have tried restarts without failures.Problem is => It was previously a professionnal PC, and I don't have the BitLocker Key from my own account.I need the admin's one I guess but the old email professionnal address doesn't seem to exist anymore.In fact 'PC-Nini' attached is not this device.Could you help me with recovering BitLocker Key or restart without failures please?Thank you in advance,Etienne
