My PC randomly freezes, mouse and keyboard do not respond and only hard reboot helps.

Hello!This first happened last week and showed some drivers issues at first. I thought it is a graphics card problem so i reinstalled all the drivers but that didn't help. After that i tried repairing the system and reinstalled clean OS, but still the problem remains. The freezes happen at random sometimes it can take few hours and sometimes it is just after the reboot. This does not happen in safe mode though. scndsk command also does not show anything.
