My pc randomly freezes, can’t use ctrl + alt + del, I have to hard reset

It starts with the windows I have open saying not responding, i can’t click anything even on the taskbar, then a window pops up saying “App not responding, Do you want to end it?” But even if I click end process it doesn’t do anything.Anything I type doesn’t work either like the ctrl + alt+ del shortcut. I can move my mouse tho but it has the rotating blue circle icon. I’ve tried various fixes like the DISM cleanup but nothing worked I always have to hard reset my pc.
