My pc randomly crashes.

My pc randomly crashes that leads to screen freeze and the audio will be on for a while then screen will be black but cpu will be still running.There was a error in window log under system error:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000ef (0xffffd986875f8080, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: eb339d30-4b66-4fec-8e66-8de2c0b89d88.Can you help me out on this issues...Please 🙏
