My pc not connecting to 2.4 ghz network. It's only connected to 5 ghz network.

I was using my pc suddenly the network cutoff. And showing can't connect to this network. Then I search for solution to this problem and find out that it only connecting to 5 ghz network. And I even reinstall the windows 11 but still have the problem
