My PC no longer sees 2 internal drives.

I'm running windows 10 on an alienware R8. It no longer sees the 2 hard drives that I have in it. Would an upgrade to Windows 11 let the computer "see" and access those drives? Could this be a BIOS issue? I keep windows updated and Dell's "Support Assist" as well. Thanks for any help that you can provide!
