I have had this problem for a few days now and i cant find a way to fix it, i updated bios, did two ddu wipes and reinstalled latest drivers, turned xmp off factory reset and this problem still wont go, usually my screen just goes black and i have to hold the power button to turn it off and fix but sometimes it will go black and restart sending me a bug check.
