My pc lose signal to the monitor after loading screen

Recently I added a GTX 960 to my PC (it's old, I know, please don't judge me) but everytime it reaches the windows loading screen it will suddenly lose signal to the monitor for no reason. It doesn't shutdown, the fan still runs, the keyboard and mouse still works just no displayI tried reinstalling windows via USB, media creation tool. It did kinda work, I managed to login but it lost connection again after like 40 seconds.I brought my pc to a repair shop and they got it working just fine. So not the VGA fault, not the wires fault, not the PSU fault, not the screen fault then is it the system
