My PC lags when typing in Asian languages.

Hello, everyone in the Microsoft Community!Since yesterday I've been having some troubles with Asian languages in my PC. First, I couldn't change languages by using the keyboard (Alt + Shift) so I had to select the desired language by clicking on it in the language menu. Next, whenever I was typing in Japanese or Chinese, my PC wouldn't convert the characters and sometimes characters wouldn't even appear on screen. And even if I tried to change the active window, the PC wouldn't respond at all for about a minute.I've been trying to type in web browsers, word processors and other softwares but
