my pc keeps waking itself up every other time i put it in sleep mode

every time ive put my pc into sleep mode it will wake itself up again the second it goes to sleep but then sleeps just fine the second time. the lighting on my case will sometimes stop working along with it and shut off making me go into armory crate and deselect then re select it. when i use the command prompt to show me what is waking my pc it shows that it woke up but shows a zero and no devices responsible for waking it. i have tried nearly everything like removing devices wake permissions checking network adapters keyboards mice usbs and nothing i have tried will work. at this point i tru
