My pc keeps turning on and of without posting anything

Yesterday I got a update of windows and it was installed when I was turning off my desktop, and I had no idea there is a update. When I turned it back on it started to turn on and off at its own. So most probably this new update crashed my pc. And even when I went with network update. It's again stuck at 99% of download and the screen has frozen. If I restart I'll most probably brick my windows with all the data to be lost. Thanks microsoft for such a wonderful morning and update.
