My PC keeps restart on its own.

My PC keeps restart on its own. The problem occured when I watching video online like youtube or just browsing around. Sometimes, it just happen when I'm just watching some local video files. It can also happen without me doing anything. Especially in the morning when I turn on my PC, it ask me to boot, reboot my bios. or enter bios setup.
