My pc keeps repeating choose an operating system

I did reset my pc, upon finishing reseting it keeps asking me to choose operating system, with the only option available, windows 10 on volume 2 which is appearing twice. The problem is that upon choosing, it keeps restarting asking the same thing again. And also i cant even change nothing as i cant go in. What do i do?
