Specifically a Lenovo IdeaPad S145-IWL with an Intel Core i7-8565U @ 1.80GHz. I've had it since 2021 and recently, I upgraded to Windows 11. However, after some time turned on, it randomly underclocks to 0.39GHz even on idle (it usually runs at 1.7-4GHz) and makes everything super slow, some times even crashing and forcing me to fully shutdown the computer.
