My PC keeps randomly freezing. Sometimes it bluescreens.

I am starting to get really sick of this. My PC is randomly freezing. Between each freeze there could be minutes, hours, and even days. But it's been going on for months now. Suddenly my screen freezes. I am still able to move my mouse, sometimes if there was audio playback it keeps playing. If I click a lot of times the bar at the top of the window turns gray and says "(Not responding" or something. The only solution is to turn the computer on and off. At times it also bluescreens. The last time I bluescreend I had headphones on and when the PC booted again it made an insanely loud high frequ
