My pc keeps getting blue screen errors and it has something to do with any NT services on the computer and im wondering how i can fix it?

The blue screens are unpredictable and happen either on startup or after a little use of the computer.I get errors like IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL & Memory_Management.I've tried wiping the drive, trying different windows editions, updating drivers, disabling overclocks and using everything at its base.ill put my minidumps in this text box.https://www.mediafire.com/file/qxihiuyfhdrsy09/minidumps.txt/file
