My Pc keeps freezing and i cant turn off unless i hold power button

hi when my pc freeze first audio wont respond ( you cant hear anything ) then apps start slowing down until they completely freeze and if i press power button it tries to shutdown pc but its just an infinite shutdown screen unless i hold power button then it will work and sadly this happens many times in a day so i installed memtest app to see if my rams have problem or not everything seems ok for RAM and i uploaded result images also bios is updated .cpu : ryzen 5 5500gpu : rtx 3080ram : 40gb ddr 4motherboard : asus prime b 450 pluswindows : windows 11 pro version 23h2 (os build 22631.4602)an
