My Pc keeps freezing and i cant turn off unless i hold power button

hi when my pc freeze first audio wont respond ( you cant hear anything ) then apps start slowing down until they completely freeze and if i press power button it tries to shutdown pc but its just an infinite shutdown screen unless i hold power button then it will work and sadly this happens many times in a day so i installed memtest app to see if my rams have problem or not everything seems ok for RAM and i uploaded result images .and after that i checked windows reliability monitor for example pc freezed 3 time yesterday and 1 time today and idk but i think its related to windows updatesalso
