MY PC keeps crashing.

My PC keeps crashing into bluescreens and sometimes even orange screens but that last crash was normal bsod with code : IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and this is the texts i found in the crash logs: The machine-default permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {F87B28F1-DA9A-4F35-8EC0-800EFCF26B83} and APPID {0868DC9B-D9A2-4F64-9362-133CEA201299} to the user NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE SID (S-1-5-20) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application contain
