My PC keeps crashing, The previous system shutdown was unexpected

No idea why this is happening. My computer keeps shutting down while playing games, for example: Destiny2, subnautica, marvel rivals, and metaphor: reFantazio. Sometimes the audio keep playing while the screen become black.
