My PC is stuck on the logo screen

[Windows 11]

Few days I updated windows and since then my pc is stuck if I try to load an OS( Windows 11 or a Linux distro - Pop OS-). I tried to boot on Windows installation media and on a live usb on Windows PE but neither of these options work, the pc is stuck on the same screen.I've also tried to boot on an usb Pop_OS installation media and I had acces to a screen to press try or install Pop OS. However as soon as I press this button, the screen goes black like when I boot on Pop_OS.Additionally, I tried to go in windows' safe mode. However my laptop is stuck on the "preparing atomatic repair" screen
