My PC is running really slow

I have a a320 motherboardRx 5805600xWhen I turn on my pc and sort out anything it will freeze and will be slow for like 5 mins. Then if I want to load a game I have to give it like 20 mins to al load and render in before being able to play else it just freezes every 10 sseconds.My RDR2 keeps randomly crashing , not sure if that's the same problem tho. THEN, if I try and sort something out on file explorer it will sometimes freeze and crash but not closeAnyone know why?Thanks
