My PC is Restarting randomly once every time i turn it on

So mostly happens when i turn on my pc and i'm on for a while, like 20-30 minutes on, and either i hop on a game or randomly it freezes, but continues playing sound (When im listening to music or watching a video). So i have to force the restart and then it does not happen again unless i shut down the PC, is odd because there's no BSOD or anything.My specs are Ryzen 5 5600x3060ti32GB RAM.
