My PC is going crazy

Whats up again? I just recently upgraded from windows 10 to 11 and i am facing a file explorer issue. This issue does not occur mostly but after conducting a SFC scan,rebooting my machine and when i right clicked a folder it started acting up sending a bunch of deleting message status (like image below)or say otherwise,it wants the folder to be deleted.What is this bug? Can anyone explain any possible solutions for this?
