My pc is completely bugged out

About a few months ago my Pc started making way to many temporary files so my main ssd got filled completely so I reinstalled Windows and delted everything and bought a bigger ssd. It worked fine for 2 weeks and then my pc kept getting bugs. I couldn't download anything on the Microsoft store and some apps crashing. Then about today morning I turned on my pc and logged in and the screen was black. This isn't a gpu or monitor issue since the start screen worked normally and I could log in but after the login I couldn't do anything. I let my pc rest for a bit thinking it was overheating or somet
