My pc is broken

I need help desperately, my pc have been started acting weird lately and it been crashing and blue screen of death and show up I wanted to factory rest it which I have been avoiding but I have no choice to do that now I have a new problem that never happened now it stopping me is my pc said my pin is unavailable and ask to set up a new pin but the screen won’t load so I decided to reinstall window 10 on my window 11 but the installation is cancelled honestly I just want to factory reset everything
