My PC has been slightly stuttering

Since i changed my PSU from an 400W to an 850W and my Graphicscard to an RTX 3060 my PC keeps having these slight Stutters. I also changed my Cabels because those from the 400W in were built into the PSU.Ive installed every new driver i need.PC Components:GPU: GeForce RTX 3060 12GB VRAMCPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600GRAM: 16GBPSU: be quiet!
