My PC has been ongoing blue screen crashes, the latest being CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. I've tried absolutely everything to resolve but it keeps crashing

I purchased a refurbished Lenovo and it's been problematic from day 1, with constant blue screen crashes and connectivity issues. Whenever I resolve one problem another arises. The latest is that the computer seems to have "died". The error code is CRITICAL_SYSTEM_DIED.I have tried everything but cannot restore the computer and every time I try a different fix it crashes and tries to restart.Please help!
