My PC has been getting really slow network connections (250kbps-3mbps) whilst at the same time my other machines (asus laptop and iphone) are getting

I'm running windows 10 home on a custom built PC (by Microcenter) with a ryzen 5 5600x, 3080, gigabyte x570 elite wifi board, 16 gig of ddr4 ram. I've tried pasting commands into command prompt, unplugging then plugging back in my antenna, reseting the wifi, running the same tests with a VPN on and without, and much more. The weirdest thing to me though is that task manager says that I'm receiving up to 100mbps but that number never actually shows up on the wifi tests.
