My PC gets BSOD whenever i open the browser. "kernel security check failure". How do I fix it?

My PC connects to the WIFI and work for a moment, then sometimes it will act as though its no longer connected too the WIFI. Pages will not load and then say the typical error of 'not connected to the internet' After this happens, or during this, the PC gives me the blue screen of 'kernel security check failure', and then restart. (I have a recording of this issue)I am attaching link to 2 minidump files:minidump - Google Drive idea how to fix this?(i am connected to the WiFi with TPLink)
