my pc freezes when the cpu hit 100%

i already have task manager opened at the exact moment when i see the performance tab all freezed i go to details i may close discord or brave it continues working for a moment then it freezes again i guess another task made the cpu go 100% tho windows is perfect but i prefer staying with win 11
