My PC freezes when I play big games.

I decided to download Red Dead Redemption 2 today, however, when starting the game, I noticed fairly regular bugs. These bugs can be likened to PC slowdowns lasting one or two seconds. The graphics were set to high, so I changed that to low, but the bugs were still there. So I decided to change games and download Assassin's Creed Origins. The same thing happened, whether the graphics were high or low, the bug was still present. However, this bug doesn't occur in games like Rocket League or Fortnite.
