My PC either restarts or Monitor loses signal with PC freezing.

Specs: Ryzen 7 5800X3D32GB DDR4 RAM3070 Corsair 850W PSUGigabyte B450 Aorus Elite MotherboardFor about a year now I've been getting random monitor signal losses when watching netflix, which stopped now, BSOD, which also stopped, but they've been replaced with my PC randomly restarting or my monitor would lose signal during gaming and I have to manually force shutdown.
