My PC crashes when it's unplugged-- getting "Critical_Process_Died" error when unplugged

Hello,My laptop crashes every time it's unplugged within 5 minutes, leading to a blue screen that shows the critical process died. It works fine when plugged in through. I tried updating the drivers, restoring power settings to default, and checking for driver errors.
