My Pc crashes randomly into bios, says “reboot and select proper input device or insert boot media and press a key”

My Pc is a good pc runs well and doesn’t lag but crashes completely randomly and will leave me on either the bios screen or the “reboot and select proper boot device”It also occasionally boots after leaving it off for a whileThen repeats the whole Process. I’ve factory reset it and it gives little relief until I play a game with decent graphics and it sparks it back up.Pls help
