My pc cannot connect to WiFi, and when I try to do so, it will disable the network

I am not sure if the problem is beyond my OS or the network provider. The situation is that when I try to connect my computer to the Wi-Fi router, it will tell me there is no connection and all other devices that using the Wi-Fi will not be able to access to the internet. The Wi-Fi is still connected but not the internet. But I can use my personal hotspot from my mobile service to connect my pc to the internet. I have asked the network provider, they said there is a fault on my NTD (Network Terminal Device). But before I went to them, I had tried reset my router and also restore my system yest
