My pc blue screens very randomly and stays on 0% until force reset

My pc keeps randomly blue screening, it happens like once every few weeks, whenever it Blue screens, it remains on 0% until I force shutdown, which I know isn’t healthy for the pc and so I want to stop it from happening.all it says is that: “Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart.We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you” and then mentions something about a stop code.Sometimes my pc is just running but nothing is open game wise, maybe youtube is open but then it just blue screens so I’ve ruled out games being the cause.
