My Outlook was deleted during an upgrade. Repurchased Microsoft 365 Personal, but still cannot add my email accounts

During a recent update, Microsoft deleted Outlook from my computer, so I'm paying monthly fee for Microsoft 365 Personal for outlook, but I'm unable to add my work emails that I set up in GoDaddy's Office 365. These are personal work emails which I've had in outlook for years, and I really need them back. Please help.
