My Openrun Pro Shokz headset suddenly and inexplicably won't connect at all to my laptop. The drivers are updated, the headset works fine with all other devices I have, and all other bluetooth devices I use work fine with my laptop. When I try to pair the headset, it simply doesn't appear among the devices listed. I've manually reset the headset, restarted the computer, checked for updates - tried everything conceivable. Nothing has worked.
