My one drive says its full and when i go to the web site to empty it does not work.

My onedrive has been acting weird lately, ever since i deleted and reinstalled steam its says its full when it shows nothing on the web site. it says i have around 12,000 files on it but i can not delete them. it hasnt been able to open up since and doesnt load. HELP.
