Hi my issue is simple but confusing, I have Office 365 the 5 gigabit free version, and I was over crowded I fixed that but I still cannot use it. It says I have OVERFILLED storage but I only have around 0.3 gb out of 5 used. So is this a sync issue and it will be fine tomorrow or is this a problem? ALSO when I try to get to Mircosoft support I'm greeted with this "You don't have permission to access "Contact Us - Microsoft Support" on this server. Reference #18.86293417.1719505394.58a629a" what does that mean!Thanks for your time - Tristan
