since i couldnt install the feedback hub for some reason. i'd make a "bug" report here. or i messed it up on my own. either way i need help. the notification count icon in the right of taskbar (next to the action center) is showing a bugged retangle. along with some other system components (update and restart/shutdown buttons in the power button context menu in Start). the "do not disturb" icon still shows normally. i still dont know what caused the issue or how to fix it.
