My notebook has 2 indentified screens despite not being connected to any other monitor

Everytime I restart my Dell G15 (ryzen 7 6800h version) it show 2 screens on the screen menu as shown below.However, I dont have neither ever had any other external monitor connected to it.Also, due to this bug, the brightness control in the action center is greyed out.I can solve the issue by changing the option to only show in the screen 1, but everytime I shut down my notebook it goes back to the screen 2 and the problem persists.Any ideas?
