My Norton application is telling me that there are some programs requiring attention

they are at a low risk. It is all "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2015-2022" and 2013 (x86). Should I be concerned about these? And how would I update them? Because it doesnt show me more let me update them from my Norton app
