my new Windows 11 laptop completely freezes after booting with the following error - how do i fix this?

Screen says, "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\gameplatformservices.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0e90002"This is a brand new laptop and still trying to set it up, so nothing was added to it by me.
