My new windows 11 HP Pavilion all in one computer does not recognise my LG external CD/ RW device. This external hard drive works with all of my other computers including a new laptop with windows 11. My new computer recognises the drive as Drive D: in file manager but only offers me the option of burning a disc. I want to load and install a program from the disc and also open photographs, but it does not offer other options such as setup.exe. When I try to open it It keeps saving the directory drive is invalid. Autoplay is on and I have tried to open the troubleshooter to check the hardware b
