My new pc keeps getting critical process died bsod errors. Sometimes when I open pc and most of the time when I open applications.

I just built my pc last week and ever since I did I have been getting “Critical Process Died” errors. It sometimes happens when I boot up my pc. But then it’ll let me log in. Then every time I open up any kind of game or application it will load for 24 seconds then blue screen again. This happens several times until it finally lets me in the application. Once it lets me in it runs smoothly until I try to open up a different application. Then it’ll blue screen again. I have tried reseating my ram stick. I ran a diagnostic on my ram memory. Nothing happened. I tried resolving it through command
